Standing
  1. Begin from a quiet standing position.
  2. Slowly roll down through the spine, vertebra by vertebra.
  3. Pause at the bottom; release the head and neck.
  4. Slowly stack back up to standing.
  5. Repeat 3–5 times at conversational pace.
