Marrow Washing.

A modern, accessible interpretation of the classical marrow-cleansing tradition — adapted so contemporary practitioners can do the work safely, with the right foundations underneath them.

Old practice, modern shape

The classical marrow-washing tradition reaches the deepest layers of the body — bone, joint, fluid, regenerative tissue. The foundation's version preserves the intent of the lineage while building in the prerequisites, sequencing, and safety standards modern practitioners need.

How it relates to Xi Sui Jing

Xi Sui Jing is the lineage. Marrow Washing, as the foundation teaches it, is the entry path — built so a practitioner can develop the conditions in their body that make the more advanced work appropriate.
